"There are two main benefits of becoming a member of BioPharmaChem Skillnet. The first is being part of a steering group, where we can network and share our experiences with other Pharma companies and identify best practice in key areas such as manufacturing, environment, and health & safety. The second benefit is being able to access effective and reliable training courses, endorsed by our peer companies and approved by the Network, resulting in high quality training delivery. Discovering new and innovative ways of training our employees helps us to set new standards within the industry."

Tom Nyhan – Janssen

"Pfizer has been part of the BioPharmaChem Skillnet for a number of years now. For us, this is the best way to source the right type of training and upskilling for our type of industry. The courses are always of a high standard and the learning gained from our employees is well used and related specifically to the workplace. We also find the BioPharmaChem Skillnet a very efficient way to network with other pharmaceutical companies, for benchmarking and agreeing best practice on problematic topics."
