Learning Waves Skillnet supports businesses of all sizes in the independent radio sector through subsidised upskilling programmes. The network’s mission is to grow Ireland’s vibrant independent radio sector by enhancing the specialised skills and expertise of the industry’s talent base with cutting-edge training for speech-based, specialist music and youth-oriented radio stations.
Collaborating with industry, the network designs, develops and delivers responsive, bespoke and flexible upskilling courses to address the ongoing needs of businesses. Learning Waves Skillnet is promoted by LMFM. The Network is open to private businesses in the independent radio sector.
