The network’s mission is to support the development of the region and its businesses, by creating a strong talent pipeline and enhancing the specialised knowledge and skills that exist within the local workforce.
Collaborating with industry, the network designs, develops and delivers responsive, bespoke and flexible training courses to address the ongoing needs of businesses. South Kerry Skillnet is promoted by South Kerry Development Partnership CLG. Membership is open to private businesses in the region. Training is mainly delivered in Kerry.
For many years, the South Kerry Skillnet has continuously provided a highly professional service in terms of sourcing and providing training courses directly here at our Astellas Kerry Plant. The courses are led by highly qualified and passionate instructors, and is hugely beneficial in strengthening our teams knowledge and skills capabilities.
